Caddywampus ships via UPS. You will be able to track your package from the tracking number in your order confirmation email at www.ups.com . Remember your order originates from Mackinac Island where motorized vehicles are not permitted so your purchase will make the first part of its journey to you via horse and carriage then, by boat!

Returns & Replacements

Returns are permitted within 30 days of purchase under the terms below.

Returns must be sent back in the original condition they were shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition. To insure this, simply pack them back into their original packaging. Be sure to tape the box properly to guarantee the contents will reach us safely. Returns must be sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior consent. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of your original order form and sent to the following address:

Caddywampus is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipped. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number.

Shipping charges, free shipping promotions and other coupon offers or discounts will be deducted from the return.

We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:

Contact us at info@caddywampusstore.com within 14 days of the purchase date. We will give you instructions on how to prepare the package. If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the price of the item plus your original shipping costs.

Please call us with changes and cancellations immediately. If these requests are received after shipping has taken place, please refer to our return policy.
